Pritha Healthcare Charitable Trust (PHCT) is the charitable wing of Oracle Eye Hospital, established on 1st January 2016 under the visionary leadership of Dr Girjesh Kain The Trust is committed to delivering accessible, affordable, and high-quality eye care services to underprivileged communities across Moradabad and surrounding regions.

Our goal is to eliminate avoidable blindness by reaching those who lack access to quality eye care through community outreach, free eye camps, vision screening, and charitable surgical services.

What We Do

PHCT conducts comprehensive community-based eye care programs that include:

  • Free cataract screening camps in Moradabad and nearby rural areas
  • Vision screening for refractive errors
  • Free cataract surgeries with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation for eligible patients
  • Free corneal transplant surgeries for deserving patients
  • Distribution of free spectacles and prescribed medicines to economically weaker sections
  • Advance dental facilities for refractive error and eye-related
  • Eye health education and preventive eye care initiatives
  • Collaboration with educational institutions, NGOs, and community organizations to expand access to quality eye care

Our mission is to reach 10,000 villages across Moradabad and neighbouring districts, providing comprehensive eye care services to underserved communities and ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to retain or regain sight.

Community Eye Care Programme

Oracle Eye Hospital is a service-oriented institution dedicated to providing quality eye care to the economically weaker sections of society. Through PHCT, a significant number of patients receive consultations, investigations, surgeries, medicines, and follow-up care either free of cost or at highly subsidized rates.

Patients identified during outreach screening camps who require advanced treatment are transported to Oracle Eye Hospital, where they receive comprehensive care, including surgery, medications, and postoperative follow-up.
